Whats the Pitch Size?:

The space offered as a 'pitch' for sellers is one that will hold a 6foot long and 3foot wide table.

Yes there is space behind the table for you.

Do I Have to do the Booking Form?

Sadly yes please, I have sourced insurance for this event, and I need a few details in writing for this.  Also when I receive the booking form I send you a confirmation email which has some information for you.

How Much Will it Cost to sell here?

Our pitch cost is £10 for the first space, then if you want a larger space it will be an additional £7.50 per pitch on the same sale.

When do I pay pitch fee?

Due to needing to pay for the hall, also as sadly we have had people pull out last minuet making it harder I am now asking for pitch fee prior to the sale date.  Information will be provided on the confirmation email.  I was taking payments on the day however sadly this is going to change.

When Does the Bar Open, what does it sell?

The Bar is part of the hall, it is open and running in time for the sales to open.  The bar is a licensed one, it does have the adult drinks, but also has Tea, Coffee and soft drinks.

Do I need Cash or Card for purchases?

Some sellers may take cards, some might not.  I suggest you allow for cash sales, but on some (especially crafters and Traders) cards might be taken

What time are you open?

We are open from 2pm through to 5pm.

Can I bring my Dog?

Yes we are fine with well behaved Dogs to come along.  The field outside is also a great place for them to have a run, before or after looking round.

What's Access like?

This village hall is great and very inclusive for all. The main entrance is ramped. The car park has plenty of spaces too. The sale event is organised by ladies who understand access and so we do everything we can to keep this inclusive to all.
